Minimum Service Standards

In order to realize the provision of public services in accordance with the principles of good governance, and to realize certainty of the rights and obligations of various parties related to the provision of services, every public service provider is required to determine service standards.

As a technical service unit under the Industrial Services Standardization and Policy Agency (BSKJI) of the Ministry of Industry, BSPJI Palembang has set Service Standards which are used as a reference in providing the following services;
